    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">We are looking for Licensed Mental Health Professionals (LPC's, LCSW's, LMFT's) to conduct client assessments. <br></span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">**Evening and Weekend availability needed**</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Licensed Clinical Assessor</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></p>\n<p>1. Responsible to provide behavioral health consultation to children adolescents, adults and families in order to improve psycho social functioning.</p>\n<p>2. Responsible for rendering services in person and/or virtually</p>\n<p>3. Responsible for client mental health assessments and performs initial intake interviews</p>\n<p>4. Identifies psychological, emotional, or behavioral issues and diagnosis.</p>\n<p>5. Responsible for determining client’s psychiatric diagnosis based on diagnostic criteria from DSM</p>\n<p>6. Treatment planning development based on client’s strengths, needs, abilities, and preferences.</p>\n<p>7. Maintains accurate and timely records, including clinical progress notes, according to HCO’s facility policy.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Professional Licensure in the State of Louisiana</li>\n<li>Licensure Malpractice Coverage</li>\n<li>Valid Driver’s License in good standing</li>\n<li>Car registration and insurance current (if transporting individuals receiving services)</li>\n<li>Successful clearance of state criminal background check</li>\n<li>Successful clearance of drug and TB skin test</li>\n<li>Current CPR Certification</li>\n<li>Reliable internet connection</li>\n<li>Tablet /lap top device with camera that allows for tele-health visits to be conducted</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>",
