At ENFRA, stability, innovation, and growth are more than just values they are the pillars of our continued success.</p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Foreman is responsible for supervising and assisting the field and subcontractor workers with field installation activities in a specifically assigned area/portion of a project including quality control and safety.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Prepare the necessary tools and installation equipment in the work area prior to the arrival of workers.</li>\n <li>Provide installation instructions to the workers via detailed verbal explanations and/or detailed sketches.</li>\n <li>Ensure all materials are organized in the work area for ease of installation.</li>\n <li>Expedites tools, equipment, and materials to ensure that the workers stay in the work area.</li>\n <li>Inspect and test the installations.</li>\n <li>Call for code enforcement inspections.</li>\n <li>Mark-up as-built drawings daily.</li>\n <li>Timekeeping.</li>\n <li>Enforce safety policies and respond to incidents.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School diploma or GED.</li>\n <li>Minimum of 3 years commercial construction experience holding a Foreman role.</li>\n <li>Leadership skills that motivate, build respect, and express a firm and fair attitude when directing workers.</li>\n <li>Experience enforcing company safety programs and compliance with OSHA regulations for a safe workplace.</li>\n <li>Management skills.</li>\n <li>Effective verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n <li>Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n <li>Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>N/A</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Quiet environment</li>\n <li>Noisy environment</li>\n <li>Outdoor elements such as precipitation and wind</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Climbing stairs.</li>\n <li>Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods</li>\n <li>Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers</li>\n <li>Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another</li>\n <li>Operating motor vehicles or heavy equipment</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Medium work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects up to 50 pounds</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>40-60% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2></h2>\n<p>ENFRA is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Women, Protected Veterans, and Individuals with Disabilities, and participates in the e-Verify program.
