You're not joining an established paid social team — you're building one. On day one you own Reddit ads as a new client service line and run Siege's own paid social and retargeting. As Reddit ads books revenue, you'll hire and lead a team underneath you.</p><p>This is a senior, client-facing role. You'll pitch on sales calls, strategize campaigns, get hands-on in the platforms, and write the reports clients actually read. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution. If you want to build a practice from scratch with the runway and brand of an established agency behind you, it is.</p><h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li><p><b>Reddit Ads (Primary):</b> Own strategy, setup, optimization, and reporting for Siege clients. Build the playbook, pricing scaffolds, and reporting cadence from zero.</p></li><li><p><b>Siege's Paid Social:</b> Retarget engaged leads and run Meta/LinkedIn campaigns that feed our own sales pipeline.</p></li><li><p><b>Sales Support:</b> Join prospect calls to scope and sell paid social engagements alongside the growth team.</p></li><li><p><b>Team Building:</b> Hire your first associate when Reddit ads revenue justifies it, then train and manage them to Siege's senior-led standard.
