Demonstrates on-going commitment to preparing young people for the workforce by modeling, mentoring and monitoring excellence in the eight Career Success Standards. <span id=\"isPasted\" style=\"color: rgb(65, 65, 65); font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; display: inline !important; float: none;\">Oklahoma Teaching certification for Driver&rsquo;s Education and Safety in the State of Oklahoma is required.&nbsp;</span></p><p>Duties and Responsibilities:&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Counsels and motivates students regarding behavior, training, personal and/or study habits and problems.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Individualizes the Driver&rsquo;s Education curriculum to fit the students&rsquo; experiences.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Prepares reports, monthly student evaluations, and maintains a classroom environment conductive to learning. &nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Performs other duties as assigned.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;Education and Experience Requirements: Oklahoma Teaching certification for Driver&rsquo;s Education and Safety in the State of Oklahoma. Valid states driver&rsquo;s license with acceptable driving record. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>$1,500 sign on bonus available.&nbsp;</strong>If an candidate is selected for a position in which the sign-on bonus applies, 50% of the Sign-On Bonus will be paid on the new employee&rsquo;s first paycheck and the remaining 50% will be paid after successful completion of the employee&rsquo;s introductory period (on the paycheck following 6 months of employment).
