First Equity Mortgage is hiring a Quality Control Manager to oversee a well‑defined QC program within a stable, purchase‑focused lending operation. With consistent builder‑driven volume and leadership committed to clean, compliant files, this role is ideal for a QC leader who prefers structure, clarity, and continuous improvement.</p>\n<p>In this role, you will lead the company’s QC program to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, investor guidelines, and licensing requirements.
