Flexible schedules, trust-based workflows, and a supportive team give you everything you need to focus on your best work.<br><br></p>\n<p>🇺🇦 Proudly Ukrainian, Skylum stands with Ukraine through action, regularly supporting organizations that help accelerate our victory.<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee marketing campaigns across diverse channels, including YouTube, websites, media, Instagram, coupon platforms, and CPA networks, via Impact Radius and other affiliate platforms.</li>\n<li>Onboard new affiliate partners for Skylum products, signing agreements to ensure clear terms.</li>\n<li>Review videos, media, metadata, and other content to ensure they align with contractual commitments.</li>\n<li>Launch, monitor, and optimize affiliate and influencer marketing campaigns across key regions, using various A/B tests to refine campaigns and communication.</li>\n<li>Monitor, measure, and analyze campaigns, adjust commission structures, and optimize budget allocation to achieve ROI targets and meet KPIs.</li>\n<li>Build, nurture, and reactivate relationships with affiliates, influencers, and content creators to enhance product reach and engagement.</li>\n<li>Evaluate historical and current data, user insights, marketing strategies, and business objectives to improve affiliate strategies and influencer marketing campaigns.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, SEO, PPC, Brand, Legal, Finance) for seamless asset delivery, product updates, and campaign coordination.</li>\n<li>Research, assess, and stay informed about new technologies and trends in affiliate marketing and influencer partnerships.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>2+ years’ experience driving results in affiliate/partnership or influencer marketing.</li>\n<li>Deep knowledge of affiliate platforms, such as Impact or Rakuten, and general program policies and competitors.</li>\n<li>Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, etc., at a strong level.</li>\n<li>Proven experience using AI tools to optimise marketing campaigns and workflows.</li>\n<li>Experience with CPA. Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and email marketing is also highly desirable.</li>\n<li>A data-driven approach to work; strong analytical and fraud management skills.</li>\n<li>Great sales and negotiation skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to self-organize and accept challenges, looking for new ways to solve problems, and grow the business.</li>\n<li>Excellent written and spoken English and Ukrainian communication skills.
