A strong belief in the mission and goals of the company are necessary to this position. <br><br><b><u>Requirements to be Considered for the Position:</u></b></p><ul><li>Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment</li><li>General manufacturing experience required</li><li>Six Sigma certification preferred but not mandatory</li><li>Door shop experience preferred but not required</li><li>Possess knowledge in loading and shipping methods</li><li>Strong written and oral communication skills</li><li>Excellent time management and organizational skills</li><li>Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook</li><li><i>The ability to work onsite at our Mason, OH facility with relocation assistance available</i></li></ul><b><u>Responsibilities of the Position:</u></b><br><i>Supervision & Development</i><ul><li>Oversees interior door production. </li><li>Brings customer focus to the manufacturing process</li><li>Motivates, leads and trains employees to ensure performance, production and delivery requirements are met. </li><li>Ensures all quality standards are met on a daily basis</li><li>Assists in hiring and counseling employees on problematic situations.</li></ul><i>Production & Scheduling</i><ul><li>Ensures production schedules are met and that quality products are being produced. </li><li>Evaluates and suggests improvements in the production. </li><li>Organizes and prioritizes production and schedules to ensure lead times are met.</li><li>Ensures preventative maintenance is performed as scheduled</li></ul><i>Inventory Control</i><ul><li>Ensure inventory is properly accounted for and accurate. </li><li>Responsible for properly delegating and overseeing all aspects of inventory according to policies and procedures. </li></ul><i>Safety</i><ul><li>Communicates policies and ensures that employees are following safety standards during production. </li><li>Inspect machinery to make sure of the proper set up and use. </li></ul><b><u>Benefits (full-time employees)</u></b> <ul><li>Health, Dental, Vision (Single and Family Plans) available after 30 days of employment </li><li>Short and Long-Term Disability </li><li>Company-paid life insurance and AD&D </li><li>Optional supplemental life insurance </li><li>Company-match 401(k) </li><li>Vacation time and paid holidays </li><li>Vendor incentives </li><li>Room for growth; we promote from within! </li><li>Military encouraged to apply!</li></ul>",
