Role Overview As a General Manager at Sodexo , you’ll lead and manage all aspects of food and catering service operations for a large Corporate Service Account Headquarters in the Manhattan Beach, CA area. This site including 2 full-service cafés, coffee service, and a micro-market. In addition to overseeing daily operations, you will be responsible for building out a comprehensive catering program to support on-site events and client needs. Your expertise in budgeting, strategic planning, team development, and client relations will drive success. You’ll oversee a team of 25 associates and a team of culinary managers, ensuring excellence in service and operations. Build and maintain strong client relationships, presenting a professional, executive-level presence. Develop and implement a comprehensive catering program to support on-site meetings, events, and special functions, including menu planning, logistics, staffing, and client coordination.
