This role focuses on optimizing customer interactions through strategic management of onsite search functionality, merchandising initiatives, cross-selling opportunities, and comprehensive testing programs.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><strong>Job Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Help Manage Site Merchandising for given categories by upkeeping category landing pages, promotional banners, and seasonal content to reflect marketing priorities, product launches, and key campaigns.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Optimize pages that are not showing the most searched products by tuning those items, brands, and items to the top of the page.</li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Assist in tuning links for daily marketing emails.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Conduct regular Site QA for issues with links, imagery &amp; event timing.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Conduct regular analysis of competitors’ websites and ecommerce choices.</li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Suggest new functionality to problem-solving issues that our customers may be having.</li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Optimize site experience regarding attribute facets on browse &amp; search pages within given category responsibility.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Cross-Functional Collaboration by partnering with the buying group, creative team and IT teams to execute campaigns.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Ensure mobile-first optimization across all site touchpoints, enhancing usability for the growing mobile customer base.</li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Leverage CMS tools to manage on-site assets, ensuring content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand standards.</li></ul><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><strong>Required Experience &amp; Skills</strong>:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Goal oriented individual with proven experience of strong attention to detail and organizational skills&nbsp;</li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Computer literate with a strong knowledge of the e-commerce platform</li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Excellent communication skills – written &amp; verbal</li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage and prioritize multiple projects in order to meet deadlines&nbsp;</li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Ability to set high expectations, and coach people to be able to meet them.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Prior experience in an online/retail environment required</li></ul><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">At Boscov’s, we value our employees, and that’s why we provide a competitive compensation and benefits package.
