The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with DD1149 and DD1348 forms, expertise in ERP systems for inventory management and data entry, and proficiency in using spreadsheets for inventory tracking and analysis. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.</p><h2 style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Job Responsibilities:</h2><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Utilize and manage DD1149 and DD1348 forms in support of military logistics operations.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain organized records of forms and ensure compliance with military and federal regulations.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Operate and manage ERP systems for inventory management and data entry.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure accuracy and consistency of inventory data within the ERP system.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Develop and maintain spreadsheet tools for inventory tracking and reporting.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Conduct physical inventory counts to generate regular inventory reports, providing insights and recommendations to management.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Coordinate logistics activities including, but not limited to, warehousing, transportation, and distribution.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Monitor and resolve any issues related to inventory levels, delivery schedules, or logistics processes.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable and cost-effective procurement.</li></ul></div><h2 style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Required Education and Experience:</h2><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor&#39;s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field with 2 years&#39; experience.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proficiency with DD1149 and DD1348 forms.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proficiency in using ERP systems for inventory management and data entry.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet software for inventory tracking and analysis.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail, excellent organizational and time management abilities.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to obtain Explosive Certification required. TCS will sponsor the process.
