This role is critical in ensuring on-time deliveries, maintaining accurate shipment documentation, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and resolving transportation issues efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working with transportation carriers, warehouse operations.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>1. Outbound Shipment Management&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Manage and oversee all outbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Send daily shipment notification emails to customers, including tracking numbers, estimated delivery dates, and Bills of Lading (BOLs).</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Monitor shipment tracking proactively and ensure all deliveries arrive on time.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Obtain Proof of Delivery (POD) documents from trucking carriers within 48 hours of delivery completion and upload to Airtable for tracking, reporting, and audit purposes.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Investigate and resolve transportation issues including:&nbsp;<ul type=\"circle\"><li>Lost shipments</li><li>Missing items</li><li>Delivery delays</li><li>Tracking discrepancies</li><li>Delivery failures within 48 hours of identification.</li></ul></li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Coordinate with carriers to manage:&nbsp;<ul type=\"circle\"><li>Damage claims</li><li>Address corrections</li><li>Delivery rescheduling</li><li>Return-to-sender cases</li></ul></li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Communicate directly with customers regarding delivery status, shipment issues, pickup confirmations, and corrective actions.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Create Commercial Invoices and Packing Lists (CIPL) for international shipments.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Collaborate with Trade Compliance teams and trucking carriers to ensure timely cross-border shipment clearance.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Coordinate with Sales, SAP team, and customers regarding sales order requests and shipment execution.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>2. Inventory Warehouse Transfer Coordination&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Receive and process requests related to inventory warehouse transfers from outbound and inventory teams.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Coordinate with 3PL warehouses to schedule and execute inventory transfers efficiently.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Monitor transfer status and ensure timely completion and system updates.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>3.
