Assist in developing materials and insights related to Defined Outcome strategies and portfolio construction to support advisor conversations and client outcomes.</span></p>\n<p><span><strong>Role &amp; Responsibilities</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Partner with ETF specialists, Innovator Sales, and broader GS sales teams to support distribution efforts across channels</span></li>\n <li><span>Assist in preparing client-facing materials, presentations, and market updates related to ETF strategies</span></li>\n <li><span>Support advisor and client inquiries by providing data, analytics, and product information</span></li>\n <li><span>Contribute to portfolio implementation discussions by developing analysis and illustrative use cases for ETF strategies</span></li>\n <li><span>Track sales activity and maintain reporting to help identify opportunities for growth and engagement</span></li>\n <li><span>Participate in team meetings, client calls, and events, providing logistical and analytical support</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>Experience, Skills &amp; Qualifications</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>1–3 years of experience in asset management, ETFs, or a related financial services role</span></li>\n <li><span>Undergraduate degree in business, finance, or a related discipline required</span></li>\n <li><span>Progress toward CFA or other relevant designation is a plus</span></li>\n <li><span>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail</span></li>\n <li><span>Effective written and verbal communication skills</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment</span></li>\n <li><span>Interest in financial markets, investment products, and portfolio construction</span></li>\n</ul>\n<div>\n<p>\n   <strong>Salary Range</strong>\n    <br /> The expected base salary for this Chicago, IL, United States-based position is $70000-$125000.
