If your ready to grow, learn and be appreciated please apply!</p>\n<p>We are looking for a skilled Cook to prepare delicious meals according to PRG menu standard.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Moday - Friday. <span> </span>All major holidays off.<span> </span></span></span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Opportunities for overtime during special events.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH HIGH PACE ENVIRNOMENT AND BE ABLE TO GRILL MORE THAN ONE ORDER AT A TIME.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The location is at the U of M Kellogg Eye Center in Ann Arbor.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment</li>\n<li>Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.)</li>\n<li>Expedite orders to customers (requires customer interaction)</li>\n<li>Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen</li>\n<li>Ensure all food and other items are stored properly</li>\n<li>Check quality of ingredients</li>\n<li>Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience as cook</li>\n<li>Experience in using cutting tools, cookware and bakeware</li>\n<li>Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.)</li>\n<li>Ability to follow all sanitation procedures</li>\n<li>Ability to work in a team</li>\n<li>Very good communication skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Healthcare available after 90 days</li>\n<li>Nights, weekends, and all major holidays off</li>\n<li>Opportunities for overtime available</li>\n</ul>",
