    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Summary of Responsibilities</span></p>\r\n<p>The Construction Field Superintendent coordinates all activities on a jobsite(s), including scheduling,</p>\r\n<p>safety, security, and direction of the labor forces.</p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Job Functions</span></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><span> </span>Implements and enforces safety policies.</li>\r\n<li><span> </span>Coordinates and schedules subcontractor activities including 3 &amp; 6 week look ahead schedules.</li>\r\n<li><span> </span>Documents construction occurrences and activities.</li>\r\n<li><span> </span>Reviews and understands project scopes and budgets.</li>\r\n<li><span> </span>Schedules, directs, and administers field labor in a cost-effective manner</li>\r\n<li><span> </span>Ensures compliance with plans and specifications.</li>\r\n<li><span> </span>Communicates with Project Team on design and construction issues.</li>\r\n<li><span> </span>Maintains site security, general conditions, jobsite(s) cleanliness.</li>\r\n<li><span> </span>Resolves conflicts on projects.</li>\r\n<li><span> </span>Reviews drawings and design for constructability.</li>\r\n<li><span> </span>Assists in developing and manages job specific quality control plan.</li>\r\n<li><span> </span>Participates and leads on site subcontractor coordination meetings.</li>\r\n<li><span> </span>Assists in developing and maintenance of project schedule.</li>\r\n<li><span> </span>Employees may be asked to perform other tasks not listed in the essential job functions.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Position Requirements</span></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><span> </span>Strong leadership skills</li>\r\n<li><span> </span>Ability to observe, visually and audibly, events at the jobsite(s).</li>\r\n<li><span> </span>Ability to communicate professionally with management, workforce, subcontractors, owners, and visitors.</li>\r\n<li><span> </span>Ability to coordinate field labor in a cost-effective manner.</li>\r\n<li><span> </span>Ability to articulate and document construction occurrences and activities.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Qualifications and Experience</span></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><span> </span>Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel</li>\r\n<li><span> </span>Minimum of High School diploma or GED</li>\r\n<li><span> </span>Minimum of 5 year of experience with Water &amp; Wastewater projects</li>\r\n<li><span> </span>Ranging in project size from $1,000,000 to $40,000,000.</li>\r\n<li><span> </span>Working knowledge and experience in all phases of construction.</li>\r\n<li><span> </span>30-hour OSHA certification</li>\r\n</ul>",
