    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, API Q1, ASTM, and customer quality requirements</li>\n <li>Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) and related documentation</li>\n <li>Lead internal, process, and product audits and support customer and third-party audits</li>\n <li>Analyze quality data, trends, Nonconformance Reports (NCRs), and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CPARs) to drive improvements</li>\n <li>Collaborate with operations, engineering, and suppliers to support continuous improvement and cost reduction</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Job Duties</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and maintain quality documentation including procedures, work instructions, inspection plans, and forms</li>\n <li>Conduct Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA/DFMEA), Measurement System Analysis (MSA), and process capability studies</li>\n <li>Manage calibration programs, Gauge Repeatability and Reproducibility (Gauge R&amp;R), and inspection equipment</li>\n <li>Investigate product and process nonconformities and validate corrective and preventive actions</li>\n <li>Develop inspection methods for receiving, in-process, and final product checks</li>\n <li>Support training initiatives and maintain training records and matrix accuracy</li>\n <li>Participate in Management of Change (MOC) and risk assessment activities</li>\n <li>Comply with all safety requirements and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)</li>\n <li>Up to 10% domestic travel may be required; this position is onsite</li>\n <li>This position does not support remote work</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Education and Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline required</li>\n <li>Must be located in the Tulsa, OK area or within a reasonable commuting distance; this is an onsite position</li>\n <li>Minimum of 2+ years of Quality Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment, including experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS)</li>\n <li>Previous experience with fiberglass manufacturing is preferred</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and/or API Q1 standards preferred</li>\n <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Word, etc.) preferred</li>\n <li>ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><strong>Veterans Welcome</strong></p>\n<p>At NOV Fiberglass Systems, we value the dedication, discipline, and skills that military veterans bring to the workforce.
