The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the supervision and training and evaluation of the direct care staff of the Program.&nbsp; Responsible for the coordination of the delivery of social support services to all clients.&nbsp; The Clinical Supervisor also assists with the intake process of new clients. Responsible for conducting initial and annual psychosocial assessments.&nbsp; Major responsibilities include the administration of the program, monitoring of program services, building relationships and collaborating with other agencies<strong>.&nbsp;</strong><strong>Comunlife offers all full time staff a generous benefits and paid time package.&nbsp;</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Schedule:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<p>Tues.-Sat. 9am - 5pm</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Essential Duties:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li dir=\"ltr\">\r\n\t<p dir=\"ltr\">Supervise, train and evaluate assigned direct care staff.</p>\r\n\t</li>\r\n\t<li dir=\"ltr\">\r\n\t<p dir=\"ltr\">&nbsp;Ensure every client is receiving &nbsp; all identified services.&nbsp;</p>\r\n\t</li>\r\n\t<li dir=\"ltr\">\r\n\t<p dir=\"ltr\">Coordinate and supervise efforts with case management and maintenance staff to ensure a minimum occupancy rate is maintained.</p>\r\n\t</li>\r\n\t<li dir=\"ltr\">\r\n\t<p dir=\"ltr\">Coordinate and supervise efforts to place new clients in vacated units within 24hrs.</p>\r\n\t</li>\r\n\t<li dir=\"ltr\">\r\n\t<p dir=\"ltr\">Ensure that the initial and medical assessments are conducted, and that comprehensive service plans are developed that identify mutually agreed upon long and short-term goals.</p>\r\n\t</li>\r\n\t<li dir=\"ltr\">\r\n\t<p dir=\"ltr\">Review and provide supervision in the development of service plans and ensure that reassessments are conducted on a quarterly basis (at minimum) to ensure that services are appropriate for the client&rsquo;s current needs.</p>\r\n\t</li>\r\n\t<li dir=\"ltr\">\r\n\t<p dir=\"ltr\">Conduct initial and annual psychosocial assessments.</p>\r\n\t</li>\r\n\t<li dir=\"ltr\">\r\n\t<p dir=\"ltr\">Provide oversight and supervision in the delivery of mental health and alcohol/substance abuse services and referrals, including assistance in accessing primary medical care, assistance with adherence to medication regiments, activities for daily living, nutritional services, recreation programs, assistance in employment assessments, training, private sector placement, prevention with positives, and delivery of any other services necessary for clients to increase their capacity for independent living. Ensure that the required documentation is requested and received.</p>\r\n\t</li>\r\n\t<li dir=\"ltr\">\r\n\t<p dir=\"ltr\">Supervise and coordinate efforts to provide assistance in obtaining and maintaining all government benefits and services for which the client is potentially eligible.
