Clients receive medically necessary on-site services in a clustered apartment setting because of a history of failure in multiple community settings and/or the presence on an ongoing risk of harm to self or others which would otherwise require long term psychiatric hospitalization.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size:16px;\"><strong>What You&#39;ll Do</strong></span></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Monitors clients in a safe environment, performing and documenting client safety rounds. This includes ADL monitoring and coaching (i.e. life skills, communication skills, community integration, etc.).</li>\r\n\t<li>Facilitates structured activities with clients in accordance with their goals and treatment plan.</li>\r\n\t<li>Demonstrates culturally competent respect for all clients, guests and staff through verbal and non-verbal behaviors and assists them as needed.</li>\r\n\t<li>Maintains cleanliness of the program space.</li>\r\n\t<li>Safeguards Protected Health Information (written and electronically) and maintains confidentiality. This may include providing written documentation, scanning and/or uploading records into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. This may also include requesting and/or releasing client information or medical records.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size:16px;\"><strong>Requirements of the Position</strong></span></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Availability to work a Part Time schedule (24&nbsp;hours per week) Sat-Sun 7A-7P; all new hires are required to attend a <strong>one-week&nbsp;ReDiscover orientation</strong> as part of the onboarding process.</li>\r\n\t<li>High School Diploma or GED.</li>\r\n\t<li>Must carry all appropriate insurance on the vehicle being driven, necessary to comply with Missouri or Kansas State Law.</li>\r\n\t<li>Working knowledge of mental illness and substance use disorders preferred.</li>\r\n\t<li>Excellent customer service skills with a recovery focus.</li>\r\n\t<li>Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.</li>\r\n\t<li>Intermediate computer skills in typing/keyboarding, Microsoft Word and Excel programs as well as the use of email.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n",
