Pier Sixty-Six invites dedicated, energetic, and polished hospitality enthusiasts eager for growth and stardom to join our team and enjoy highly competitive wages, comprehensive benefits, and a culture that honors and respects you.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We currently have an opportunity for a <strong>Mini Bar Attendant </strong>to join our Pier Sixty-Six Resort opening team!</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Accurately record mini bar usage and prepare billing information for guest charges.</li>\n <li>Ensure that all charges are processed correctly and promptly.</li>\n <li>Ensure mini bar refrigerators and storage areas are clean, hygienic, and in good working order.</li>\n <li>Perform routine maintenance checks and report any malfunctions or repairs needed.</li>\n <li>Track and record mini bar inventory levels.</li>\n <li>Assist in ordering and restocking supplies as needed.</li>\n <li>Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.</li>\n <li>Ensure all items are properly stocked, fresh, and neatly arranged.</li>\n <li>Replace any damaged or expired items.</li>\n <li>Replenish mini bar supplies in guest rooms, including beverages, snacks, and other items.</li>\n <li>Provide courteous and efficient service to guests, responding to requests or inquiries about minibar items.</li>\n <li>Handle guest complaints or issues related to the mini bar promptly and professionally.</li>\n <li>Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures and adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.</li>\n <li>Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional</li>\n <li>Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. </li>\n <li>Move, lift, carry, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and over 25 pounds with assistance.</li>\n <li>Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.</li>\n <li>Stand, sit, kneel, or walk for an extended period across a work shift. </li>\n <li>Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. </li>\n <li>Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li>Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.</li>\n <li>Excellent customer service and communication skills.</li>\n <li>Basic math skills for inventory management and billing.</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively or as a part of a team.</li>\n <li>Fluency in English both verbal and non-verbal.
