    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Maritime Counternarcotic Analyst</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Location: Suitland, MD.</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Clearance: Active TS/SCI</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Integral Federal is seeking Maritime Counter-Narcotic Analysts to support the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) Counter-Narcotics (CN) Division's mission to aid its customers in detecting, monitoring, and facilitating the interdiction of illicit transnational drug flows within the maritime domain.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct CD threat assessments of illicit drug/precursor chemicals being transshipped via commercial/non-commercial maritime vessels or methods, to include within shipping containers</li>\n <li>Conduct Automatic Identification System (AIS) analysis</li>\n <li>Prepare detailed assessments on drug trafficking organizations (DTO) and other illicit actors’ networks, affiliation with maritime transportation networks/companies, TTPs and maritime routes</li>\n <li>Provide analytic support to national, theater, and law enforcement intelligence requirements through varied assessments to include but not limited to:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>DTO Threat Assessment</li>\n  <li>Regional Assessment of Maritime Narcotics Flows</li>\n  <li>CD Force Assessments</li>\n  <li>Port CD Threat Assessments</li>\n  <li>CN Baseline Assessments</li>\n  <li>Maritime Intelligence Report (MIR)</li>\n  <li>ONI Today (ONIT) Report</li>\n  <li>Maritime Capability Milestones Format</li>\n </ul>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Possess an Active Top Secret/SCI Eligibility level clearance</li>\n <li>Must be a U.S. Citizen</li>\n <li>Possess five (5) years all-source analytical experience that addresses experience writing or supporting analytical products; </li>\n <li>OR a maritime bachelor’s degree and at least three (3) years of all-source analytical experience as stated above;</li>\n <li>OR a bachelor’s degree in a related technical field (i.e. International Relations, Intelligence Analysis and three (3) years of all-source analytical experience)</li>\n <li>Understand and have a working knowledge of the Intelligence Community Analytic Standards as set by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence within the Intelligence Community Directive 203</li>\n <li>Demonstrate proficiency in Intelligence Production Tradecraft, which includes the following qualities:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Classification of documents</li>\n   <li>Intelligence Sourcing Methodology</li>\n   <li>Using the Telegraphed Inverted Pyramid Model (TIPM); and</li>\n   <li>Have knowledge of maritime security and capabilities</li>\n   <li>Have the ability to travel locally and accomplish tasks from alternate work locations within 30 miles of the Washington DC Metro Area</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>CN subject matter expertise;</li>\n <li>Prior experience coordinating with other intelligence agencies;</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of the following Intelligence Community (IC) tools: Analyst Notebook, JEMA, ACE-M, CultWeave, PROTON, and Palantir; and</li>\n <li>Bilingual (English and Spanish).</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The above salary range represents a general guideline.
