font-size: 10pt\">This role is ideal for individuals with professional or lived experience working with youth, as well as those deeply familiar with online youth culture, gaming communities, and social platforms.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Be Doing</span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Responsibilities vary by project and may include:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Identifying signs of distress, vulnerability, coercion, grooming, or unsafe influence</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Evaluating AI responses for age-appropriateness, tone, clarity, and harm prevention</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Basic Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Background in education, child development, youth services, psychology, social work, or a related field OR deep, demonstrated familiarity with youth gaming and online culture</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Experience working with children, adolescents, or teen communities (formal or informal)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Strong understanding of age-appropriate communication, boundaries, and youth safety principles</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Familiarity with online platforms, gaming ecosystems, or youth-oriented digital spaces</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Comfort evaluating conversational content and nuanced social interactions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
