We offer competitive salaries, comprehensive healthcare benefits, tuition assistance, generous paid time off, holidays, a matching 401(k), and annual merit and incentive plans.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Position Summary</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">The Warehouse Associate I role, is a functional role responsible for performing all required functions needed to pick and pack an order, assemble, ship, and/or receive Customer product while ensuring proper and accurate documentation.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Benefits:</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Healthcare, Vision, Dental, 401K Match, Quarterly Bonuses, PTO, Company Holidays</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Duties</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">The below listed duties are reflective of all HuFriedyGroup Distribution/Warehouse locations, thus local skill requirements and essential duties may vary:</span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Performs all Distribution/Warehouse functions as outlined in established procedures.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Select, check, pack and/or palletize, and label all types of standard orders for shipment</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Perform highly repetitive packaging, assembly, and/or machine operation</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Receives Customer product through acceptance or unloading shipping container, including pallet breakdown, and identifying box weights; processes all applicable documentation in an accurate manner.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Coordinates staging of incoming Customer product by transferring or overseeing the transfer of product to the non-process storage locations in a safe and damage-free manner.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Inspects finished goods as they move from packaging to assembly, as well as inspect incoming or outgoing Customer product for damages and/or count discrepancies and report such conditions as outlined in established procedures.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Maintains and submits warehouse reports depicting where products are staged within the facility.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Verifies that all identified damages and/or count discrepancies have been reported and resolved.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Ensures shipment of product within shipping deadline by maintaining contact with internal facility staff. Prepares product for shipment by retrieving Customer product from processed area and staging in shipping area; prepares accurate shipping documentation; loads product into shipping trailers/containers or transfers small packages to delivery service.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Ensures timely receipt or shipment of Customer product by assisting material handling activities, loading and unloading trucks.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Ensures quality conformance against bills of material as well as visual controlled images.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Actively participates and supports Lean and Safety initiatives, as well as daily cycle count programs and other directives, when required.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Maintain a safe and clean working environment.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Operate forklift and/or other material handling equipment, as needed</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Meet department productivity and quality goals.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Contributes to a team effort by performing in accordance with all STERIS/HuFriedyGroup policies, GMP, Lean principles and other directives; supports the directives and decisions of higher-level management and performs other duties as assigned, to ensure team continuity across all warehouse operations.</li></ul><p style='margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;margin-left:0in;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:\"Aptos\",sans-serif;' id=\"isPasted\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Required Education/ Degree</strong></span></p><p style='margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;margin-left:0in;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:\"Aptos\",sans-serif;'><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">At HuFriedyGroup, we understand that valuable skills and experience come from all walks of life.
