Overview Position Title:Special Education -English Language Arts Stetson School, an Affiliate of Seven Hills Foundation Monday through Friday8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Annual Pay Scale - $59,980 to $75,730(based on MA teacher license level) New Hire Sign on Bonus $10,000 for fully licensed applicants /$5,000 for applicants requiring a licensure waiver! The English Language Arts Teacher provides instruction to secondary school students in a structured special education environment. This role supports students’ academic, social, emotional, and behavioral development through individualized instruction aligned with Massachusetts curriculum frameworks. The teacher works collaboratively with clinical, vocational, and support staff to create a safe, engaging, and skill-focused learning environment that prepares students for long-term success.
