    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<strong>Turn Your Passion for Helping Others into a Career That Matters</strong>If you’re driven to support individuals and make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you.\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This position includes a <strong>$7,500 sign-on bonus,</strong> paid in three equal installments.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<strong>As a full-time Social Worker, you will provide</strong> compassionate, patient‑centered care by planning, directing, and coordinating individualized and group therapeutic support services for individuals facing mental health, behavioral health, and substance use challenges.This position plays a key role in supporting patients’ recovery journeys through assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic engagement.\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> <strong>The hourly pay range for this position is $25.43–$38.14</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> Bronson offers competitive wages along with a comprehensive benefits package and many additional perks.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Three Medical Plan Levels, Dental and Vision Insurance</li>\n <li>HSA with a Company Contribution</li>\n <li>FSA Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account</li>\n <li>Basic Life/AD&D and Supplemental Life Insurance</li>\n <li>Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance</li>\n <li>401k with a Company Match   </li>\n <li>EAP (Employee Assistance Program)</li>\n <li>Employee Discount Program</li>\n <li>Generous PTO, Sick Time, Paid Holidays.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct social history assessment of the patient through observation and patient/family interview, obtaining information on the patient’s needs, skills, interests and limitations for the development and implementation of the treatment plan.</li>\n <li>Coordinate and plan programs and activities to meet patient’s social and emotional needs. </li>\n <li>Promote recovery, symptom reduction and the achievement of the highest level of social functioning.</li>\n <li>Provides crisis management and family sessions to assist the family in understanding the implications and complexities of a life situation and its impact on lifestyle. </li>\n <li>Assist in the development of effective treatment plans that apply therapeutic principles appropriately while ensuring safety at all times for the patient.</li>\n <li>Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meeting to discuss patient assessment, treatment plan and ongoing discharge plan.</li>\n <li>Communicate or aid family members in understanding and supporting the patient.</li>\n <li>Manage a caseload and assume responsibility for patient chart documentation.</li>\n <li>Facilitate education, process groups, support groups and referrals as requested.</li>\n <li>Demonstrate a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers always.  When patient needs are not met, acknowledge and work to resolve complaints.
