You will be required to have comprehensive understanding of engineering principles and familiarity with other business disciplines. You will oversee the full Electrical Design process with responsibility for the following:<br><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and oversee delivery of Electrical Engineering design from feasibility through to construction across multiple projects.</li>\n<li>Take responsibility for high-quality, technically robust project delivery, independently or within multidisciplinary teams.</li>\n<li>Act as Project Leader where required, ensuring projects meet client brief, programme, and budget.</li>\n<li>Ensure projects are delivered profitably and in line with commercial and contractual requirements.</li>\n<li>Manage and review design work, ensuring compliance with standards, procedures, and documentation requirements.</li>\n<li>Maintain high technical standards and provide quality control across all mechanical outputs.</li>\n<li>Lead complex technical input and support innovation and best practice adoption.</li>\n<li>Mentor and develop engineers at all levels, supporting team growth and performance.</li>\n<li>Oversee team resourcing, workload planning, and coordination with internal departments.</li>\n<li>Lead liaison with BIM and modelling teams on M&amp;E drawing production and delivery.</li>\n<li>Maintain and develop strong client relationships and act as a senior point of contact.</li>\n<li>Represent EDC at meetings, workshops, site visits, and industry engagements.</li>\n<li>Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and offices to support efficient project delivery.</li>\n<li>Support business development activities including bids and client engagement.<br></li>\n<li>Work closely with the Executive Director and senior leadership team on project delivery, resourcing, and strategic priorities.</li>\n<li>Report to management on project, team, and financial performance.</li>\n<li>Contribute to the ongoing development, reputation, and strategic growth of EDC.<span style=\"color: #404040\"><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #005f86; font-size: 22px\">EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE<br></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #404040\">Minimum Degree level in Electrical Engineering with project management and Master’s qualification desirable.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #404040\">6+ years Building Services Consultancy Design experience.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #404040\">3+ years Team Management experience.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #404040\">Proven experience in delivering detailed designs through the full design cycle.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #404040\">Expert user of Amtech, Relux/Dialux.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #404040\">Experience in BIM, Energy Assessments and Modelling software will be advantageous.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #404040\">Chartership Desirable. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #404040\">Commercial savviness essential.<br><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #005f86;
