We are an employee-owned company with opportunities for growth.</p><p>Mangan is seeking an SPI/SPPID User for our Sugar Land. The successful candidate will have a basic knowledge of SPI and SPPID and may have Instrumentation/Control Systems experience.&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Education:</u></strong></p><p>High School Degree or Equivalent</p><p><strong><u>Qualifications:</u></strong>&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Minimum of 3+ years of basic experience with Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat, CAD applications or other software used for data implementation</li><li>Minimum of 3+ years of industry experience with SPI modules (Engineering and/or Design)</li><li>Able to exhibit strong working knowledge of either the Engineering or the Design modules with a basic working knowledge of the other module</li><li>A strong understanding of P&amp;ID&rsquo;s, simple wiring diagrams, simple Loop drawings, and specification sheets; and their implementation in SPI</li><li>A SPI User will have the following SPI capabilities:<ul type=\"circle\"><li>Standard SPI functions (creation of Loops and Tags, panels and cables, connections, spec sheets, and Loop drawing generation and formatting into a readable document)</li><li>Individual Tag Data sheet implementation&nbsp;and&nbsp;Tag Process Data implementation</li><li>Use of browser views, sorts, and filters</li><li>Batch Loop and Tag creation</li><li>Batch Wiring connection and Loop generation</li><li>Basic understanding of SPI ESL layouts and macros</li><li>Creation of DCS/PLC/SIS panels</li><li>Calculation for Flow Elements, Control Valves, etc.</li><li>Creation of browser views, sorts, and filters</li><li>Basic understanding of revision archiving for SPI documents</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><div style=\"margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 10pt; line-height: 115%; font-size: 15px; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\">SPP&amp;ID Experience:</span><ul style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; list-style-type: circle;\"><li style=\"margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 10pt; font-size: 15px; font-family: initial;\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\">Placing equipment, piping, and instruments.</span></li><li style=\"margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 10pt; font-size: 15px; font-family: initial;\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\">Placing labels.</span></li><li style=\"margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 10pt; font-size: 15px; font-family: initial;\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\">Using the Properties Grid.</span></li><li style=\"margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 10pt; font-size: 15px; font-family: initial;\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\">Manipulating graphics.</span></li><li style=\"margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 10pt; font-size: 15px; font-family: initial;\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\">Placing assemblies.</span></li><li style=\"margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 10pt; font-size: 15px; font-family: initial;\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\">Using Filters to optimize your work.</span></li><li style=\"margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 10pt; font-size: 15px; font-family: initial;\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\">Working with the Engineering Data Editor.</span></li><li style=\"margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 10pt; font-size: 15px; font-family: initial;\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\">Checking design and data consistency.</span></li><li style=\"margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 10pt; font-size: 15px; font-family: initial;\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\">Creating symbols and labels.</span></li></ul></div></li></ul><h2>General Requirements</h2><ul><li><strong><u>Attitude</u></strong>: Exhibits a positive attitude, shows initiative, self-motivation, and accepts direction from qualified sources; demonstrates dependability, commitment and involvement to Mangan projects.</li><li><strong><u>Teamwork</u></strong>: Shows respect for all fellow co-workers.
