    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Come join our dental team at Seldovia Village Tribe (SVT).  </span></span><span style=\"font-family: helvetica\"><br></span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Hours:</span>  Full-time, 4 days per week (Mon-Thu), 37.5 hours per week position.<br></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Salary Range:</span>  $20 to $25 per hour, depending on experience</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience needed:</span>  Experience in a dental office and/or dental assistance experience is preferred.</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What You'll Do:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Provide a range of clinical, administrative and staff-support functions. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Provide chair-side assistance to the Dental Director and Dental Hygienist in the delivery of dental procedures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Organize, sterilize, date and prepare dental equipment according to standard procedures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Monitor and maintain dental equipment (including but not limited to compressors, radiographic developers, sterilizers and curing lights.)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Order and maintain inventory of dental clinic supplies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Maintain clean, organized and stocked operatory, laboratory, and reception area of dental clinic.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Be able to travel as required on a quarterly basis to other communities including to and from Seldovia by small airplane and sometimes by boat when airplanes are on weather hold.<br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What You'll Need:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Preferred but not required: Knowledge of radiation protection standards, devices, and techniques</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Preferred but not required: Familiarity with dental protocols, procedures and terminology.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Interpersonal skills a must; ability to communicate in a professional manner, in both verbal and written form, to patients and coworkers.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to anticipate and respond to patient needs; follows up until needs are met. Ability to build rapport with patients.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to change.  Must adapt to changes in schedule, remain organized, manage time and stress, and multitask.  Position is in a fast-paced work environment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Proficiency in Mac, PC, and Microsoft Office Products, required. Insurance is effective the first day of the month after we receive your enrollment form.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Dental insurance, Vision insurance and long-term disability insurance available on the first of the month following 90 days of employment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Group life insurance, minimum benefit is $50,000 and up to 2x your annual salary to a maximum of $250K after 90 days of employment.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Employer matching 401K, 5% match, effective January 1 or July 1, following one year of employment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Wellness Incentive Program, up to $300 per calendar year for full-time employees, or $150 for part-time employees, effective after 90 days of employment.
