This role partners directly with project managers and field leadership to ensure site-specific needs are met with precision and timing, directly impacting the company's ability to maintain schedules and project margins.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; font-weight: bold\">Core Accountability</span></p>\n<p>The Logistics Coordinator is directly accountable for:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Timely delivery of materials and equipment to project sites.</li>\n<li>Accuracy of inventory tracking and resource allocation.</li>\n<li>Cost-effectiveness of transportation and vendor coordination.</li>\n<li>Compliance with safety standards during transport and handling.</li>\n<li>Professional coordination between vendors and project teams.</li>\n<li>Assist Project Management with development of a site-specific logistics plan to include development and maintenance of a material staging and tracking system.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; font-weight: bold\">Execution Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate the mobilization and demobilization of equipment and materials across various job sites.</li>\n<li>Track and report on resource movements, ensuring data accuracy.</li>\n<li>Partner with project teams to forecast upcoming logistics needs based on project schedules.</li>\n<li>Oversee the staging and organization of materials at the operations office, laydown areas, and designated work areas.</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate documentation for all shipments, including bills of lading and safety manifests.</li>\n<li>Coordinate with company QA/QC to ensure material is purchased in accordance with project specifications.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with the safety department to ensure all logistics activities comply with company safety policies.</li>\n<li>Support operations discussions by providing regular updates on delivery statuses and potential logistical bottlenecks.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; font-weight: bold\">Required Experience &amp; Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of logistics or supply chain experience; industrial, construction, or energy environment strongly preferred.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated success managing complex movements of equipment and materials in fast-moving environments.</li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with shifting timelines.</li>\n<li>Proficiency with inventory management software and standard office technologies.</li>\n<li>Sound judgment and problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with JIT – Just In Time Delivery.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;
