    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Principal Human Resource Consultant - Remote</strong></p><p>The Principal HR Consultant (PHRC) is responsible for serving as a strategic consultant/subject matter expert to Area CHROs and Caregiver Relations Consultants who face complex employee relations matters where expert knowledge and assistance is needed.
