    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p><strong><u>Job Purpose&nbsp;</u></strong></p><p>Provide critical support for the company&rsquo;s financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and reporting efforts. Partner with the finance team, as well as cross-functionally, to achieve key financial and operational objectives, support strategic and business decision-making, and measure performance/progress against stated objectives.&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Essential Functions&nbsp;</u></strong></p><ul><li>Participate in standard financial processes that include month-end closing, quarterly annual forecast, annual operating plan, and management reporting&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare, review, and report monthly financial results to ensure accuracy, highlighting key variances and trends&nbsp;</li><li>Develop and maintain financial models to support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes&nbsp;</li><li>Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and insights and communicate findings to management&nbsp;</li><li>Participate in month-end close activities and collaborate with other members of the finance team to streamline and improve financial reporting processes and procedures&nbsp;</li><li>Partner with cross-functional business leaders to develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) with dashboard to measure business performance&nbsp;</li><li>Assist with the preparation of presentations and other materials for senior management and the Board of Directors&nbsp;</li><li>Conduct ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed&nbsp;</li><li>Comply with all food safety requirements, training, policies, and procedures &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Perform other job-related duties as assigned&nbsp;</li></ul><p><u><strong>Qualifications (Education, Experience, Competencies)</strong></u></p><ul><li>&nbsp;Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred&nbsp;</li><li>5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related field&nbsp;</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment&nbsp;</li><li>High level of proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with financial planning and data management software (e.g., SQL, SAP, Hyperion) desired&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence decision making at all levels of the organization&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and meet tight deadlines&nbsp;</li><li>Strong decision-making, project management, planning, and organizational skills with keen attention to detail&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong data-pasted=\"true\"><em><span style='font-size:15px;font-family:\"Avenir Next LT Pro\",sans-serif;'>California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, Washington, D.C.
