font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Responsible for accurate reporting of deposit accounting, accounts receivables and purchasing.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Maintaining the property&rsquo;s curb appeal, common areas and leasing office; inspecting daily to meet Eenhoorn&rsquo;s standards.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Managing rental delinquency and appearing in court as needed for eviction/non-payment cases.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Maintaining high occupancy and keeping operating costs at a minimum.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
