Your focus will be on providing outstanding safety by observing owners/guests in the pool, performing designated rescue practices as needed, and ensuring that local, state and federal health and safety regulations are met. Come join our outstanding team and help us build unforgettable vacation experiences for our guests and owners.</p><p><strong>What will I be doing?</strong></p><ul><li>Welcome guests and owners with a friendly demeanor.&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinates all activities at the pool.&nbsp;</li><li>Assists and supports during emergency care and treatment in the event of an emergency.</li><li>Respond to any incident or emergency around the pool areas and the facility.&nbsp;</li><li>Notifies appropriate authorities and prepares written reports on all accidents, incidents, hazardous conditions and suspicious persons or activities.</li><li>May be required to do other duties as requested by management.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>What are we looking for:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Poses a lifeguard, CPR &amp; First Aid certification or acquired after hire.</li><li>Must be at least 16 years of age.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to tolerate environmental factors such as humidity, cold/heat, dust and noise.</li><li>Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance.</li></ul><p>HGV was awarded four out of five stars for fostering a culture of work-life balance and family-friendly benefits, and is one of Newsweek's \"America's Greatest Workplaces for Parents &amp; Families.\" Over the past 30 years, the highest honor we’ve received is the continued loyalty of our Owners, Members and Guests.
