This position involves collaborating closely with pediatricians, healthcare teams, and families to ensure that each child receives personalized and compassionate care tailored to their developmental needs. The LPN will be responsible for conducting health assessments, administering medications and immunizations, and providing education to families on health maintenance and disease prevention. By maintaining accurate medical records and monitoring patient progress, the LPN contributes to the overall effectiveness and quality of the wellness program.
