This role is located in Lake Mary, Fl.</p><p>In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:&nbsp;</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"line-height: 107%;\">Ability to think strategically about market segments, geographies and client challenges and integrate insights into concrete aspects of the client relationship and onboarding.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"line-height: 107%;\">Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to build trust and forge good working relationships with business collaborators&nbsp;</li><li style=\"line-height: 107%;\">Solid understanding of daily accounting systems processing, workflow architecture, automation, and information delivery.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"line-height: 107%;\">Ability to translate product specifications, define testing and deployment strategy and understanding of workflow orchestration are essential requirements for the role. Knowledge of accounting processes and platform conversions is a plus.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"line-height: 107%;\">Proven experience with process modelling and simulations, scenario developments and model office implementation and user acceptance testing.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"line-height: 107%;\">Agile training/certification is highly desired but not&nbsp;required, some project management experience preferred.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li style=\"line-height: 107%;\">Strong time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure with&nbsp;a track record&nbsp;of delivering against deadlines&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:&nbsp;</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"background-color: white; color: black; line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in; vertical-align: baseline;\">Bachelor’s degree in&nbsp;finance, Accounting, IT or Engineering field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.</li><li style=\"background-color: white; color: black; line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in; vertical-align: baseline;\">10 plus years of experience in investment management and/or the financial services industry.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li style=\"line-height: 107%;\">Advanced/graduate degree is a plus</li><li style=\"line-height: 107%;\">2 plus years leadership experience is required</li><li style=\"line-height: 107%;\">Excellent multi-tasking and team leadership skills with the ability to thrive in a dynamic working environment.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"line-height: 107%;\">Experience using Eagle&nbsp;or Invest One&nbsp;or other Major accounting software products is&nbsp;required&nbsp;</li></ul>",
