The Motor Winder&rsquo;s main responsibility is to assemble, repair, and maintain electric motors both in the shop and in the field.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">This is a full-time, on-site position.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Monday &ndash; Friday. 7 AM &ndash; 3:30 PM.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>Motor Winder Responsibilities :&nbsp;</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Assemble, repair, and maintain electric motors.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Test and rewind electric motor and generator stators, armatures, or rotors.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Inspect equipment and parts for damage, diagnose possible reason(s) for failure.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Provide information on parts/work required.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Provide recommendations to improve reliability of equipment.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Observe and adhere to Power-Flo Technologies safety procedures.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Maintain Power-Flo Technologies quality standards.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>Motor Winder Qualifications and Skills :</strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Experience specifically in winding AC/DC electric motor stators.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Familiar with various hand tools.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Familiar with power tools such as impact guns, cut off wheels, and drills.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Positive attitude and willingness to learn.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Good organizational skills and attention to detail.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Basic computer skills.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Must be able to regularly lift and/or move more than 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move more than 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Must have a valid and clean driver&#39;s license to operate company vehicles.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>Motor Winder Physical Requirements :</strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Ability to stand for up to 8 Hours.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Ability to lift 50 pounds.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Ability to work on elevated platforms.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Ability to climb ladders.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">This position may require standing, stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching and/or reaching.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">You may be exposed to dust, loud noises, and hot and cold conditions.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills may be required for hand tools, power tools, and other machinery.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;
