Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to design, optimize, and manage the operational backbone of our sales organization. This role will be responsible for building a scalable HubSpot CRM architecture, improving contracting and sales process workflows, and developing the data infrastructure needed to drive strategic growth. The ideal candidate combines deep HubSpot expertise, strong analytical capabilities, and a systems-oriented mindset. They will partner closely with Sales Leadership to ensure our CRM, pipeline structure, contracting workflows, and reporting infrastructure fully support a modern, high-performing sales organization. Experience supporting property-based sales or enterprise B2B organizations is strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities HubSpot CRM Architecture & Optimization Own the design, structure, and ongoing optimization of the HubSpot CRM environment. Maintain and evolve pipeline stages, deal properties, lifecycle stages, and automation workflows. Ensure HubSpot architecture accurately reflects the sales process and deal lifecycle. Identify gaps, redundancies, and inefficiencies in CRM processes and implement improvements. Develop reporting, dashboards, and automation that support forecasting, deal tracking, and pipeline visibility. Maintain data integrity, governance, and system consistency across the sales organization. Sales Process & Deal Flow Management Partner closely with the Sales team to ensure deals progress smoothly through the pipeline. Monitor pipeline activity and deal movement to ensure accurate stage progression. Identify stalled deals or process breakdowns and work with sales leadership to resolve bottlenecks. Support the sales team in maintaining clean, accurate CRM data and deal documentation. Ensure HubSpot workflows and processes support day-to-day sales execution. Act as the operational bridge between Sales, Finance, and Leadership for deal visibility. Funnel & Conversion Optimization Build and maintain accurate sales funnel metrics within HubSpot. Measure stage-by-stage conversion rates, deal velocity, and win rates. Identify pipeline bottlenecks and opportunities to improve close rates. Develop dashboards and reporting cadence to provide ongoing pipeline visibility. Sales Data & Performance Analysis Analyze historical sales performance across key segments and product categories. Identify revenue drivers, performance gaps, and emerging trends. Develop forecasting models and performance reporting for leadership. Deliver actionable insights to guide sales strategy and resource allocation. Contracting & Sales Process Infrastructure Build scalable workflows supporting the contract lifecycle (proposal → negotiation → execution). Integrate contracting tools and processes into the CRM for full pipeline visibility. Improve quote generation, approval processes, and contract tracking. Partner with Sales, Finance, and Legal to streamline deal execution. Property Database & Market Intelligence Design and maintain a comprehensive property database to support sales targeting and account strategy. Develop scalable data architecture enabling segmentation, territory management, and market analysis. Ensure consistent data standards and data integrity across systems. Qualifications 4–7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or CRM Systems Management. Deep hands-on experience with HubSpot, including: Pipeline architecture Custom properties Automation workflows Reporting & dashboards Deal management Experience implementing contracting or CPQ workflows within CRM systems. Strong analytical capabilities with advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills. Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar. Proven ability to translate data insights into operational improvements. Experience supporting hospitality, property-based, SaaS, or enterprise sales environments is a plus.
