    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p>Nissin Foods is seeking a dynamic and resourceful Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Human Resources team. This position will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles across our organization, with a key focus on corporate-level professionals and manufacturing leadership positions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings strong sourcing expertise, and is passionate about finding and securing top talent that aligns with Nissin&rsquo;s values and culture.</p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, and new hire onboarding</li><li>Recruit for a range of roles including corporate functions (e.g., finance, marketing, supply chain) and plant-level leadership (e.g., production managers, quality supervisors)</li><li>Partner closely with hiring managers to:<ol><li>Understand talent needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies</li><li>Review and enhance job descriptions to ensure clarity, alignment with role expectations, and consistency with company standards</li></ol></li><li>Proactively source candidates using various platforms including LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, employee referrals, and other creative methods</li><li>Conduct behavioral-based interviews and assess candidates for both technical fit and cultural alignment</li><li>Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment process</li><li>Engage with community partners and local talent pipelines to enhance recruiting outreach and employer brand visibility</li><li>Support employer branding efforts to help elevate Nissin&rsquo;s visibility as an employer of choice</li><li>Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications and Requirements</strong></p><p>Required:</p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field and/or an equivalent combination of education and relevant recruiting experience</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrated success recruiting for corporate and leadership roles</li><li>Strong sourcing skills and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms</li><li>Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities with a high level of responsiveness</li></ul><p>&nbsp;Preferred:</p><ul><li>Experience in CPG or manufacturing environments</li><li>Bilingual in English/Spanish</li><li>Advanced proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems&nbsp;</li><li>Professional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP, CIR)</li></ul><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>About Us</strong></p><p data-pasted=\"true\">OUR FOUNDER, MOMOFUKU ANDO<br>There is only one company that can rightfully claim the Pinnacle of Noodledom.
