GENERAL PURPOSE:
The Client Success Manager markets and secures new business in order to grow monthly caregiving hours, champions new clients’ journeys to ensure high quality personalized service and continually cultivates a new business or referral pipeline in order to optimize growth for the organization.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Serves as primary point of contact for new clients from first impressions through initiation of care plans, provides appropriate updates to clients, assists internal stakeholders in understanding how to best serve the client to achieve a successful match, and facilitates a smooth transfer of trust to the direct care team.
Accommodates same-day in-person meetings with clients and/or their representatives with a heavy focus on customer service while setting appropriate expectations for service delivery.
Collaborates with operations staff to develop care schedules for new clients.
Conducts regular quality assurance check-in home visits for existing client base and presents summary of findings and feedback to leadership team in order to continually improve the overall client experience.
Develops and nurtures key relationships with local market referral sources such as trust advisors, LTCi vendors, home health care agencies, and local senior living residences.
Attends local community and marketing events within the service area, builds solid working relationships with industry peers and partners, and represents Blakeford at Home in a professional and courteous manner that promotes positive customer relations and a positive image of Blakeford.
Partners with the Blakeford marketing department to represent and promote Blakeford At Home services through formal and informal events and opportunities campus-wide.
Optimizes use of CRM and other platforms to ensure detailed documentation and communication tracking and reporting.
Monitors client satisfaction feedback survey results, identifies trends and common themes, and provides internal reporting and offers recommendations and insights to the team on resolving concerns and/or improving feedback scores.
Tracks a variety of work metrics such as client visits, pipeline status, marketing efforts, etc., and provides regular reporting to immediate supervisor as requested.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, healthcare administration, or related field.
5 years’ experience in sales with emphasis in customer engagement
High level of integrity, discretion, and accountability
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite in both computer-based and mobile platforms
Working knowledge of CRM platforms
Ability to communicate effectively across multiple generations in a manner that supports independence and dignity and conveys compassion, patience, and inclusion.
