AUTOMOTIVE USED CAR SALES MANAGER Automotive General Sales Manager Rairdon Auto Group | WA | Full-time Compensation: Full-time total annual compensation between $150,000.00 and $250,000.00; including 3.0%-3.5% (DOE) of monthly new and used vehicle department gross profit per terms of pay plan; .50%-1% (DOE) of the monthly new and used vehicle department gross profit if new and used vehicle sale objectives/CEI are met per terms of pay plan; bonus potential for meeting or exceeding targets for new and used vehicles billed in accounting for the month per terms of pay plan. Benefits: Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Voluntary Short Term Disability Insurance Voluntary Accident Insurance Critical Illness Insurance Hospital Indemnity Insurance 401k plan with match, subject to completion of the introductory period and other eligibility requirements Paid Time Off (PTO): All new employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law.
