Please visit the tun.touro.edu/administration/human-resources website where you can see a comprehensive listing of optional benefits and Human Resources contact information.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide direct one-on-one therapy and small group ABA interventions in a clinical environment under BCBA supervision.</li>\n <li>Apply safe, effective crisis intervention and prevention techniques for all clients.</li>\n <li>Assist BCBAs in conducting ABA assessments and revising behavior treatment plans according to ABA methodologies.</li>\n <li>Collect and record accurate data to track client progress toward treatment goals.</li>\n <li>Achieve a minimum of 80-90% billable hours relative to total hours worked each week.</li>\n <li>Prepare detailed progress reports documenting client advancements.</li>\n <li>Co-facilitate family training sessions to promote skill generalization across settings when appropriate.</li>\n <li>Implement behavior interventions following evidence-based industry standards and best practices.</li>\n <li>Adhere strictly to the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Code of Ethics.</li>\n <li>Document work hours accurately using designated platforms, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.</li>\n <li>Complete insurance billing, documentation, and charting promptly to support reimbursement processes.</li>\n <li>Maintain a clean and safe clinical environment by regularly sanitizing toys and equipment.</li>\n <li>Enforce clinic policies and procedures for clients and adults on site.</li>\n <li>Participate in required clinical meetings and trainings.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><em>Education:</em></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li>\n <li>Must hold a current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).</li>\n <li>Registration with the State of Nevada is required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Experience:</em></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Demonstrated experience implementing behavior analytic treatment plans, data collection, and documentation.</li>\n <li>Experience with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), developmental disabilities, and behavioral challenges.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Skills and Abilities:</em></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Professional, dependable, and punctual.</li>\n <li>Proficient in ABA techniques including Natural Environment Training and Discrete Trial Training.</li>\n <li>Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.</li>\n <li>Ability to accept and apply constructive feedback effectively.</li>\n <li>Thorough understanding of ethical principles and guidelines in ABA.</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of HIPAA privacy rules and regulations.</li>\n <li>Willingness to pursue additional training such as CPR/First Aid and Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI).</li>\n <li>Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.</li>\n <li>Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.</li>\n <li>Successful completion of a clean criminal background check and provision of quality professional references.</li>\n <li>Supportive and collaborative work environment</li>\n <li>Opportunities for ongoing professional development and training</li>\n <li>Meaningful work impacting the lives of children and families</li>\n</ul>",
