    "ExternalQualificationsStr": "<ul><li>Technical High School (preferably related to electrical field).</li><li>Experience in working in a similar electrical testing environment would be desired, but not mandatory. We are open to both Graduates and more experienced Technicians.</li><li>Familiarity with IEC 62368, IEC 60950, IEC 61010 would be nice to have.</li><li>Collaborative and a strong team player.</li><li>Eager to learn.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customers.</li><li>Ability to use Microsoft Office suite is a must.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Total Rewards</strong>: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career . The estimated salary range for this position is $54,500 to $65,000 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 5% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country.
