In addition, externs attend weekly training meetings led by the Clinical Director of Training and Professional Development as well as their cohort’s postdoctoral fellows.</p><p><br></p><p>When appropriate, externs are encouraged to engage in observational learning by sitting in on other clinicians’ sessions - both testing and counseling.
