      "value": "<ul><li>You hold a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; cloud or AI certifications are a plus.</li><li>You have strong Python engineering experience in production environments and have built LLM-powered applications including tool/function calling, structured outputs, and robust error handling.</li><li>You bring hands-on experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or comparable orchestration tools and demonstrate a strong understanding of RAG architectures.</li><li>You have experience designing agentic or workflow-based systems and show sound judgment in choosing deterministic versus autonomous approaches.</li><li>You have built modern web applications using React, Next.js, or similar technologies and understand UX patterns for AI-driven interfaces.</li><li>You have deployed applications in cloud environments and are familiar with Docker and CI/CD; Kubernetes is a plus.</li><li>You demonstrate strong understanding of enterprise integration, IAM, secure API design, and LLM-specific security risks.</li><li><span>You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.</span></li></ul>"
