The Packaging Operator ensures all packaging operations are conducted efficiently, safely, and effectively at the assigned pack-out line while following company policies, core values, and safety procedures.</p><p><strong>Summary of Essential Job Functions</strong></p><ul><li>Operate and maintain safe packaging, material handling, and visual inspection processes within EHS and Quality policy guidelines.</li><li>Adhere to Good Packaging Practices (GPPs) to maintain product integrity.</li><li>Perform complete blowdowns in accordance with customer quality standards.</li><li>Assist the Packaging Lead in setting up packaging lines.</li><li>Set up transfer hoses to railcars while following GPPs.</li><li>Verify and initial paperwork before starting new packaging orders.</li><li>Review and initial test prints after approval from the Packaging Lead.</li><li>Report any quality concerns encountered during packaging to the Packaging Lead.</li><li>Complete assigned training in Paylocity to maintain compliance and skill development.</li><li>Maintain housekeeping standards in the work area to ensure cleanliness and organization.</li><li>Assist the Packaging Lead in completing all tasks assigned by management.</li></ul>",
