Prevent what you can.</strong>This is a <strong>hands-on, fast-paced role</strong> where you’ll be working on equipment daily—not sitting behind a screen.If you like solving problems, working with your hands, and seeing immediate results from your work, this role fits.</p><h2><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></h2><h3><strong>Hands-On Maintenance &amp; Repairs (Primary Focus)</strong></h3><ul><li>Diagnose and repair equipment issues in real time</li><li>Work on motors, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and controls</li><li>Troubleshoot problems quickly and get sites back up and running</li><li>Handle everything from small fixes to larger system repairs</li></ul><h3><strong>Preventative Maintenance</strong></h3><ul><li>Perform routine service to keep equipment running smoothly</li><li>Catch issues before they turn into downtime</li><li>Follow simple, effective maintenance routines (not overcomplicated checklists)</li></ul><h3><strong>Troubleshooting &amp; Problem Solving</strong></h3><ul><li>Identify root causes—not just quick fixes</li><li>Think on your feet when equipment goes down</li><li>Make decisions in the field to keep operations moving</li></ul><h3><strong>Team &amp; Site Support</strong></h3><ul><li>Work closely with site teams to keep everything operational</li><li>Communicate clearly about issues and next steps</li><li>Step in where needed—this is a team-first environment</li></ul><h2><strong>What This Job Feels Like</strong></h2><ul><li>You’re moving most of the day—this is not a sit-down role</li><li>You’ll work indoors and outdoors, around active equipment</li><li>Some days are smooth.
