We’re growing fast and looking for an experienced recruiter for our Human Resources team to help us build a workforce that will power our future.</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><strong><span style=\"color: black\">Position: Talent Acquisition Coordinator</span></strong><br></span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><strong><span style=\"color: black\">What You’ll Do:</span></strong><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Source and recruit top-tier candidates for all positions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Build relationships with internal and external partners to fill staffing needs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interviews with HR Business Partners</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Build a network of candidates ready for deployment on job sites</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support the Workforce Development Teams as needed by attending career fairs in the Atlanta area and promoting Ace Electric as an employer of choice. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><strong><span style=\"color: black\">What You Bring:</span></strong><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">5+ years of recruitment experience (construction/electrical preferred)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience recruiting for mission-critical projects is a plus</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong communication skills and attention to detail</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proficiency in MS Office Suite, ATS and recruitment tools</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Bilingual in English/Spanish is a bonus</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><strong><span style=\"color: black\">What We Offer:</span></strong><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">An amazing HR team!
