Our exceptional quality is driven by a deep investment in and the daily practice of continually improving our people, processes, and products.</p><p><strong>About the Opportunity:</strong><br>&nbsp;The Maintenance Reliability Engineer / Technical Lead is a hands-on technical leadership role responsible for improving equipment reliability, reducing downtime, supporting complex troubleshooting activities, and strengthening the technical capability of the maintenance team.</p><p>Based at our Thomasville, Georgia facility, this position supports a team of approximately 130 employees manufacturing highly engineered airfoils, blisks, and other complex rotating aerospace engine components. Working closely with Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance leadership, you will serve as the site&#39;s technical expert for maintenance and reliability initiatives, helping maximize equipment uptime across a highly automated precision machining environment.</p><p>This role is ideal for an experienced maintenance professional who enjoys solving complex technical problems, mentoring technicians, and driving continuous improvement while remaining actively involved on the shop floor.</p><p><strong>Location:</strong><br>&nbsp;Thomasville, GA</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Serve as the technical lead and subject matter expert for equipment troubleshooting, maintenance best practices, and reliability improvement initiatives.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead complex troubleshooting efforts involving CNC machine tools, production equipment, facility systems, and support equipment.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide hands-on support during critical equipment breakdowns and high-priority maintenance events.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Mentor, coach, and train maintenance technicians on troubleshooting techniques, repair methods, equipment operation, and safe work practices.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Identify recurring equipment failures and develop corrective actions to eliminate repeat downtime.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead and support root cause analysis activities using structured problem-solving methodologies.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Review equipment performance data and maintenance history to identify trends and reliability improvement opportunities.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support the development and optimization of preventive maintenance procedures, inspection requirements, and maintenance strategies.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure accurate maintenance documentation within the CMMS, including work orders, failure codes, repair history, and equipment records.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist with the development of critical spare parts inventories and equipment reliability plans.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control system failures.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, ladder logic, hydraulic diagrams, pneumatic diagrams, and OEM documentation.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support equipment installations, rebuilds, machine relocations, commissioning activities, and capital improvement projects.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Partner with equipment manufacturers, vendors, and service providers to resolve complex technical issues.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead small-to-medium reliability and continuous improvement projects focused on increasing equipment uptime and reducing maintenance costs.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Promote and support a culture of safety, accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Other duties may be assigned as necessary.</li></ul></div><p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High School Diploma or GED.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">5 years of industrial maintenance experience.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time bases without sponsorship now or in the future.
