          "text": "<p>The ideal candidate will support the growth of Privia Health by assisting the Physician Development, New Provider Recruitment, and Business Development teams.&#xa0; Additionally, this person will help support marketing and sales operations, with a focus on CRM data integrity.</p><p>This is a 20 hour per week, part time role with a flexible schedule.&#xa0;</p><p>Essential Job Duties:</p><ul><li><p>Review, clean, and analyze data for current and new markets in Salesforce, Privia’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to provide analysis on Total-Available Market (TAM)</p></li><li><p>Operational support to the Physician Development and New Provider Recruitment teams including but not limited to ongoing maintenance of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system data</p></li><li><p>Perform other duties as assigned</p></li></ul>",
