Description

Our Purpose: TERADYNE, where experience meets innovation and driving excellence in every connection. We are fueled by creativity and diversity of thought and in our workforce. Our employees are supported to innovate and learn something new every day. We cultivate a culture of inclusion for all employees that respect their individual strengths, views, and experiences. We believe that our differences enable us to be a better team – one that makes better decisions, drives innovation and delivers better business results. Opportunity Overview: Teradyne’s Global Human Resources team plays a critical role in shaping a forward‑looking people strategy—one that upholds the values that define Teradyne while continuously evolving to meet the needs of a growing, global workforce. We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Partner based in Cebu, Philippines, reporting to the HR Country Director for the Philippine Site. In this role, you will serve as a trusted recruitment partner to local HR teams and hiring leaders, delivering end‑to‑end talent acquisition support across the site. You will lead full‑cycle recruitment activities— intake discussions to sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding—while ensuring a positive candidate experience and strong alignment with Teradyne’s global hiring standards. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with local and cross‑regional stakeholders, contribute to strategic talent initiatives, and play a key role in building diverse, high‑performing teams across the Philippine site. Partner closely with local HR teams and hiring managers to develop a shared knowledge of workforce needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities; facilitate structured intake discussions and provide thoughtful, consultative guidance throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Manage end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple business units, overseeing requisitions from workforce planning, sourcing, and screening through interviewing, offer management, and onboarding. Design and implement proactive sourcing approaches to build diverse, sustainable talent pipelines using multiple channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, local job boards, internal referrals, talent pools, and professional networks. Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with both dynamic and passive candidates, applying market and talent insights to anticipate future hiring needs and contribute to the business growth. Review and assess candidate profiles to ensure alignment with role requirements, organizational values, and evolving capability needs prior to interview endorsement. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) to coordinate interview processes, helping ensure a consistent, fair, and inclusive candidate experience aligned with Teradyne’s global hiring standards and local labor requirements. Serve as a key point of contact for candidates and hiring teams, offering timely updates, feedback, ad consultative guidance to inform effective hiring judgements. Oversee offer processes from preparation and approval through candidate communication and acceptance monitoring. Contribute and participate in new‑hire onboarding activities, ensuring pre‑employment requirements, documentation, and system entries are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with company policies. Maintain accurate and well-organized recruitment records within the recruitment system i.e, 201 Files, contributing to the audit readiness, reporting accuracy, and data integrity. Prepare and review recruitment metrics and reports (e.g., time‑to‑fill, source effectiveness, pipeline health, offer acceptance), translating insights into recommendations to improve quality of hire, efficiency, and cost effectiveness. Contribute to continuous improvement within the Talent Acquisition function by process enhancement, sourcing innovation, employer branding initiatives, and enhancement to the candidate experience. Ensure recruitment activities are conducted in compliance with company policies, local labor laws, and data privacy requirements, while promoting ethical and inclusive hiring practices. All About You: We seek individuals who share our passion and dedication. Our accountability to customer success drives us to go the extra mile. If you’re ready to join us in this mission, take a closer look at the minimum criteria for the position.
