Join us in making a real difference in the health of our community.</em></p>\n<h2>Job Summary</h2>\n<p><strong>Job Summary</strong>: The Project Manager will have excellent written communication skills, able to multitask and manage time effectively. Manage all external contracts relative to outreach: with the day-to-day administrative functions.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist project stakeholders concerning project details and deliverables</li>\n <li>Assisting in the planning and implementation of projects</li>\n <li>Helping to coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables</li>\n <li>Analyzing data as required</li>\n <li>Tracking and reporting project progress</li>\n <li>Performing other duties assigned by the Project Manager in an orderly and efficient manner</li>\n <li>Focus on weekly reporting for multispecialty healthcare operations</li>\n <li>Will manage all interdepartmental initiatives to ensure corresponding divisions comply with needed data, staff, training or needed support.</li>\n <li>Manage administrative logistics of onboarding of all new practices</li>\n <li>Support all ADHOC Projects as they arise</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree in relevant subject</li>\n <li>Master’s Degree in related preferred </li>\n <li>Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus</li>\n <li>Minimum 3+ years’ experience or exposure to Project Management</li>\n <li>Proficiency in any Management Software</li>\n <li>Strong written and oral communication skills</li>\n <li>Excellent multitasking skills</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Equal Opportunity Employer</h2>\n<p><strong><em>Essen Health care is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, and we seek candidates who desire to work in and serve an ethnically diverse population.</em></strong></p>",
