Position Overview
StepStones for Youth is seeking a highly organized, adaptable, and solutions-oriented Project Manager with extensive experience in social services (ideally related to topics such as child protection and youth homelessness) to oversee multiple concurrent projects. The project manager will be responsible for supporting program evaluation, research, partner collaboration, stakeholder engagement and this will also include the activation of our newly acquired property — which will become the first dedicated hub in Canada designed specifically for young people involved in the child welfare system — along with other cross-organizational strategic initiatives. Oversee operational planning and execution of events, community initiatives, and organizational activations, including logistics, compliance, and budget tracking.
